Hi! I’m Choon Hian.  Good communication with our homeowners are important to understand their lifestyle needs and wants. I will help my homeowners get the priorities in order within budget and steer the direction of the project.

My previous training as an engineer has shaped my keen eye for details on both the aesthetic and practicality aspect. Form should always follow function as it would become pointless of having a beautifully designed space if it is uncomfortable to live and play in.
