Kef Tan and Xue Ling are very professional. The timeline given for the handover was not only on time but even a few days earlier. Yet not compromising with the quality of every detail from carpentry; flooring; kitchen cabinets n bathroom tiles. Their interior designs and creative ideas way before the renovation started, was impressive. D’Phenomenal is indeed phenomenon. They live up to their name. Thank you!

Designers whom we engaged were Priscilla and Samuel. Very detailed presentation and step by step walk through from materials research to layout/floorplan and styling. Very detailed, thoughtful and creative. Strongly recommend to engage them!

We have had the pleasure of engaging the services of d’Phenomenal to transform our first home from a standard HDB shell into a home we look forward to coming home to, and working in, particularly in this season. What impressed us was the concept that was presented to us on our second appointment with Samuel and Xueling. We find that the both of them possess good listening skills, pay attention to detail, have strong design skills and most importantly, the ability to turn their proposals into reality. As first time homeowners, we have benefitted from Samuel and Xueling’s experience and helpful suggestions to strike a balance between aesthetics, practicality and affordability. The renovations were carried out smoothly, and with Samuel and Xueling patiently accommodating our requests for changes and additions. They have been quick to attend to some minor issues that surfaced. The end result is a delightful, cosy space for us to unwind in and hang out with family and friends, and a place we are proud to call home.

Amazing team Kef and Kelly for your creativity, bold and “atas” taste! They gave good ideas and solutions! They r also very detailed in planning and managed to produced quality work even when we are working on a tight deadline! Kudos to them! Designing a home wasn’t that scary after all!!!
