We had the opportunity to work with Samuel on a quotation for our apartment, and we were thoroughly impressed with Samuel's creativity, experience and most importantly his demeanor. His ability to digest and capture all your requirements within a session was honestly impressive. Although we did not proceed ahead (due to budgetary constraints on our part), we wanted to share our positive engagement with Samuel as a small gesture of appreciation. We'll definitely reach out to Samuel again for future projects.

5 years POST Update The glue smell in the drawers are actually formaldehyde which I dreaded most. The longest lasting issue. The BLUM hinges they did also rusted. (ZERO STARS FOR THE FOLLOW UP) 1 star for shoddy works and no checks done for you for the carpentry work. only engage them if you have a lot of time to spare for disruption. I.e. to tear down or renovate your kitchen annually. if you have the time to go through every cranny to know what your deliverables end product is. The carpentry work is atrocious and need to tell them what exactly it is. so why do i need the ID for? Carpentry glue stains everywhere, kitchen carpentry works not suitable for kitchen. unless yours is a totally NO drops of water pantry, you may use their carpenter. Else be prepared to buy a lot of plastic film sheets to stick.

We’re really glad we made the switch to Xue Ling and Kelly after experiencing slow responses from our previous ID. From the very start, they were incredibly responsive—replying to our queries almost immediately, which we really appreciated as first-time homeowners with a ton of questions. They were always patient and took the time to walk us through every detail, no matter how small. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule, which gave us plenty of time to get the house ready for CNY hosting—something we’re super thankful for! They also gave us valuable advice on off-the-shelf furniture and lighting choices, helping us make decisions that suited our space and lifestyle. One thing we especially appreciated was that they never pressured us to do all our carpentry with them, which made us feel that they truly had our best interests at heart. Even after the handover, when we noticed some defects we had missed during the initial inspection, they responded quickly and rectified everything without fuss. That really showed us that they stand by their work and take their warranty seriously. All in all, Xue Ling and Kelly have been a pleasure to work with—we highly recommend them!

What can I say? Kef and CH have done a marvelous job to get my new place ready, not just ready, but move-in ready, usability ready, comfort ready yet esthetically luxurious all in just one month. Not just any one month, but one month starting from 16 Dec 2024 to 15 Jan 2025, spanning the holidays of Christmas and New Year, yet they got the house ready for us to move in with a week to spare for Chinese New Year preparation! Having known Kef for many years now, he is known for his flair and futuristic concepts, it was a luxury for us to have him and CH to handle our renovation. Quick discussion over what we wanted led to design drawings just a week later. It was what we wanted and more. Meticulous detailing on the designs showed the effort made to go beyond simple expectations. Both Kef and CH were on hand during renovations works to ensure that the works were moving at a pace not seen elsewhere, partly due to our very tight timeline resulting from issues from the sale of my previous property. Kef gave assurance that we will definitely move in on time. Really appreciate the extra attention and effort by them team and all the workers who have made it possible. I really cannot thank them enough. So thank you to Kef and CH, and everyone who made it possible for us to move in despite such a tight schedule yet not skipping every step and fine details to make our place such a wonderful and luxurious home to stay in! Love you guys!!

My ID Samuel is professional and the renovation works were completed in a timely manner without much hiccups. His responses to our questions are very prompt and our additional requests are always attended to quickly. We really love how our house living room and kitchen looks now and the design is what we imagined and wanted them to be. Costing is reasonable, we did our cost comparison and they are in the mid range. Workmanship of carpentries are fine (can be better but I maybe picky), quality of the plywood wood looks good. Thanks Samuel for giving our house a face lift and a homely place that we want to come back to everyday!

Many thanks to Kef and XL for their great work on my new BTO in Northshore Drive Punggol. The project may be on a small 2-room flat but much effort is required, from floor to ceiling and approval to remove dividing walls in the flat as well. The attention to details and quality provided must be commended. Cost and timeline were well controlled as promised. Regular updates provided along the 10 weeks long project giving comfort that things are moving as scheduled is definitely a plus. Post renovation response is excellent. There were no major issue, any minor adjustments needed were attended to immediately. I am pleased with the service provided and have no hesitation recommending d'Phenomenal. Well done Kef and XL! Keep up the good work.

We would like to convey our sincere gratitude to both Choon Hian and Samuel for being professional and met all our needs for our new house. Our ultimate aim was to finish our home by 2 months due to the extension and hand over of the home and they managed to meet it in 7 weeks! We were glad that they manage to come up with the visualisation of the house when we met them for our meeting. They manage to pick out the new house colours theme just via our first zoom meeting. They also gave alternatives and opinions wherever we could not decide on our renovations ideas. Communication was a breeze with them as they will reply asap even after office hours. Weekly updates were given to us to for the progression of the renovation. Kudos to Samuel and Choon Hian and may both of u prosper to greater heights. Once again, thank you for making our dream home come true❤️

We had a great experience with Kef and XL from D’phenomenal. They were onsite almost daily supervising the work carried out, and always send pictures and updates on progress. They are always prompt in replying our queries and were also very accommodating when we made last minute requests. The whole renovation process was smooth and we could focus on our family commitments knowing that we have a trusted and dependable ID. We were thankful to have found such a dream team!
