Thank you to Xue Ling and team who have safety and responsive service always as their top priorities. Highly dependable and recommend 👍🏻😊

Kef and Kelly did a fantastic job with our Scandi theme for our BTO. For our resale this time, we were going for a Modern Oriental theme which is probably not so common, liking how they were able to understand our vision the first time, hence we decided to engage them again and they definitely did not disappoint once again. The topping on the cake is that we had a tight deadline to work with and they delivered as promised and all small rectification works were done in a timely manner. Will recommend to them to friends and for those who do not want a run of the mill designs, then do definitely check them out.

Thanks Kef for doing such a great job on my renovation! ☺️ I really appreciate how meticulous and detail oriented you are and how much you listened to what we wanted and accomodated our complicated requirements as best as possible. Initially I was worried about doing my renovation with a friend but it turned out really well cos you were so professional about it. I also appreciate how up front you were about the pricing, the only times the quote changed was when we added more options. The entire experience was so smooth unlike some horror stories I heard. Thanks again to you and your team for the great work and I now have a wonderful house to stay in

A huge shout-out to Priscilla from D'Phenomenal! The experience since our first meeting has been truly pleasant. We enjoyed every interaction with Priscilla - she is professional yet friendly and easy-going, and she goes the extra mile to research what is best suited for us. Her ideas are unique and we are assured that quality is of the utmost importance. Highly recommended if you are looking for a creative, trusted ID!

A Big big THANK YOU to my ID Samuel from D'phenomenal for designing our dream home 🏡. All thanks to my sis who recommended her ID to us. Glad we made the right choice. We r very impressed with Samuel's professionalism and patience. He had to design to blend into the existing design of the house, not easy but he did it! Though there are unexpected hiccups along the way, the service recovery is prompt and superb. I really have to compliment his efforts to go the extra mile to address all our needs. We love how our new place looks exactly like his 3D designs - Modern yet cozy with a touch of its existing feel. Highly recommended if you are looking for ID you can totally trust!

We were introduced to Kelly and Kef by chance when we were exploring options for a total revamp. The whole experience from conceptualization, design, implementation and delivery was completely stress free for us. The team considered our needs and managed to devise a proposal which had a good balance of functionality, design and budget. Despite the uncertainties during the pandemic, schedule surprisingly was spot on as committed. We were definitely wowed by the outcome, design was spot on with no compromise on quality. Kudos to the TEAM for the hard relentless work behind the scenes to deliver the finished product. Phenomenal service and quality would be an understatement. D'Phenomenal is highly recommended without a doubt.

This is our second time working with Kef and first time with Kelly! What we liked about working with them is the attention to details that they provide during the project brief. In areas that they could actualise our ideas or requirements, they would do it with poise. Otherwise, they would suggest feasible alternatives which are as close to what we wanted as possible. In terms of project management, we left everything to them as we trust that they would do a fantastic job, which they did! The quality of their work is top-notch so the entire process was quite fuss-free for us except for a few glitches which were resolved quickly. Their after-sale service is also excellent. We would text Kelly about any touching ups to be done and she would arrange for them promptly. We would definitely recommend Kelly and Kef as well as any of the D’Phenomenal team to anyone who is looking for an ID to handle their renovation! Thank you Kelly and Kef! 😁👍👏👏

Thanks Kef for helping me to realise my dream home. At the planning stage, he asked me many questions to understand my family's lifestyle needs and preferences. When my house arrived and we needed to make some design changes, he made those changes happen very quickly, despite the space constraints. Design is not only pretty but extremely functional! The quality of the carpentry is really good too! Friends who have seen my pictures and visited were very impressed too! I'm one happy owner! The entire experience has been very fuss-free and I'll definitely engage D'Phenomenal again.

Great thanks for Kef and Xueling for my family new abode! This is our 3rd house but our 1st experience engaging an ID. The whole process is a breeze, we enjoy each stages and happy to see how our house turn out. They are professional, creative, patience and super helpful. Known Kef back in the days whom I goes for my hair cut 😅 Over the years have witness how his dream come true as an ID. Special thanks to Xueling whom see through the project from the beginning till the end and answering all my queries 😄 Definitely will recommend D’Phenomenal to others, kudos to the team!

Great thanks to Priscilla Chia for helping to design my home. Really appreciate the help and time taken to help us with our house renovation despite being pregnant. Her sense of aesthetics is great and she's able to efficiently execute what we have in mind.

We had the pleasure of engage with Kef & Xue Ling on our new 5rm BTO. From the beginning till hand over , the experience was exceptional. Xue Ling has been very patient & listening to what we want & transformed it into the reality. The final design not only met but exceeded our expectations. The color scheme, all the curve design on every corner that they design make our house became cozy & comfortable. and lighting choices have transformed the space into a stylish and functional area that perfectly suits our needs. We were particularly impressed with the unique custom build curvy cabinets surrounded the house that added a personalized touch. & not to mentioned the limewash wall is exceptional soothing . Throughout the process, Xue Ling & Kef was incredibly professional and communicative. They listened attentively to our preferences and offered insightful suggestions that enhanced the overall design. The project was completed on time and within budget, and any minor issues that arose were handled promptly and efficiently. Their design has truly transformed the space, making it more inviting and enjoyable. Feel really homely . I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and family, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Kef & xue Ling to anyone looking for a talented and reliable interior designer. I look forward to working with them again on future projects. Thank you, Xue Ling & Kef for your outstanding work!

My IDs are Derrick & Kef. My place is a 2-bedder unit. I met up with 5 ID firms at the beginning - what made me choose D"Phenomenal was really that Derrick & Kef not only listened to what I wanted (e.g. more storage and minimal sharp edges) but also delivered a design that surpassed my expectations. There was a good balance of functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the renovation process, they provided photos of the progress for me. They were also very fast in responding to any queries that I had. I appreciated that they updated me on potential issues promptly and also helped me resolve them. My renovations were completed within 6 weeks which was the timeline they had checked with me from the start. Overall I am very happy with how my unit turned out - it's as per the rendering shown to me from the start and the workmanship is excellent. Thanks, Derrick and Kef for the professional and great job done!

Shout out to Kef and Choon Hian for the great services provided. Went for an initial consultation on our HDB resale renovation. The efforts they put into the consultation to find out what we like is unlike other ID firms that we tried to engage. Through the discussions, they understand our needs and intentions for the various spaces for our flat, and took that into considerations for the renders. Kef and Choon Huan really made our experience very comfortable and we learnt a lot from both of them. The design they propose was something that we would never imagine possible our flat. The efforts and ideas that was spent into proposing materials, tiles selection and even space planning was as per the company’s name, phenomenal! Pricing for all the required works were also very transparent. Unfortunately, we couldn’t engage them as our budget was pretty tight. Thank you both for all the hard work and we hope to truly engage and work with d’Phenomenal in the near future.

Timeline We sold our house and purchased the new flat around same time, hence we are pressed for time when it comes to shifting. Had to do a back-to-back arrangement and we only have 9 weeks of transition. Met a few other IDs and none of them were able to commit 8 weeks timeframe, instead the general timeline given was 12 to 16 weeks. While we are doubtful of the timeframe, Kef and Jerry made it possible in 8 weeks. To give context, our scope includes total overhaul of the house such as hacking of all tiles, knocking 2 walls and re-wiring the whole house. We also built up the balcony into an extended living room. Professionalism Being a family of 4, we need our house to be practical with useful appliances and also giving a nice and spacious feel. DP precision planning is flawless. As they use autocad for their design planning, most of the measurement are accurate during the actual site planning. Basically there were no major re-work required. Apart from the use of autocad, both Kef and Jerry provided all the technical-knowhow to solve the technical challenges such as undiscovered humongous pipes (as it was concealed prior to access). Other info such as WiFi placement, choices of lights etc were all part of their guidance. Design Be amazed! They are the only ID (we encountered) that showed our perspectives even before us signing. Spent significant time running through the details and making sure it suits our liking before talking about the cost breakdown. That's actually very important for us because most ID only shows you design after you signed, which is a risk factor for us homeowners. Separately, Kef and Jerry started providing a list of schedules for the various furniture/tiles shopping. 2 months before starting of reno, we settled all the laminates, tiles, lights etc and they rendered them into an updated perspective of the house with any other self purchased furnitures like dining table and sofa. Basically we were constantly provided with design updates. Quality The take pride in their works and, they do not compromise their quality although they had a tight timeline to adhere to. Our defects count are just down to less than 5, with the most major one is changing just 1 lipage tile. Other than that there are generally no complaint with the finished works! Anyway, both of them are more perfectionist than us. For example a small rough patch at the basin, Kef and Jerry called the supplier in and change even before us providing feedback. That's how fast they are. We did major hacking, so had to re-do the waterproofing to toilets, they even have a certificate for it! Best of all, Kef and Jerry extended the waterproofing to our balcony-turn-living now. Post-Reno Speechless, they knew our tight timeline and with all the movers coming in etc, bound to have damages on the paint or carpentry. Kef and Jerry said that after we shift in, they will come back to touch up any defects at no cost. While some can say that this part may have be included in the quotations, but they are not obliged to do so at all. Apart from that, any defects once reported, they act on it even after full payment done. Once I reported a short circuit to the house, and within 1hr time their electrician came down and did a thorough check. ID Every ID firm charges some ID fees, and their rates are similar to what we received from other companies. An added advantage is that they provided 2 IDs instead of 1. They provide feedback on a daily basis, and we don't recall any day where the chatgroup will be silent. No matter how small the issues are which are not visible to our eyes, they will take their initiative to update us. To give some context, both my wife and I work in the built environment, so we are familiar with construction issues. They always welcome our audits, that's how confident they are. Price They are definitely not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive we received from quotations. However, this house is important to us and any regrets will last for years. Engaging DP worth every cents and they really goes above and beyond.

We engaged Samuel and Choon Hian from d'Phenomenal as our interior designers to assist us with the renovation of our apartment. As a general statement, I had understood that the renovation process can be very stressful. However both Samuel and Choon Hian were an absolute pleasure to work with on our renovation project. They came up with many helpful suggestions as to how one might want to do the renovations. But the most important aspect of dealing with both Sameul and Choon Hian is that they really listened to our opinions and help us to incorporate our style into the renovations. I would highly recommend to anyone considering renovating their apartment/house to contact Samuel and Choon Hian and have a discussion with them before starting any renovation project.

inally we have officially settle down after about 7 to 8 months. We owe our gratitude to KEF who has and will continue to assure us on our home renovation. Kudos to his team of M&E and his team of carpenters who has never once fail us whenever we needed some help. KEF has re-assure from day one of the handover that we will use the carpentries as per normal and update them on the issues we encounter during our stay. I think many companies out there would have their clients checked immediately on the defects during handover but for d'Phenomenal they want us to move in, use it and update what are the defects which the carpenters will come back to fix it. I also wanna thanks electrician eeong who also came by to help us hang stuffs which is not even his scope of work during these pass months. Not forgetting the carpenters too who has helped us fixed up additional items too which are not on their list too. We are blessed to have such amazing team. God blessed d'Phenomenal & KEF. Last but not least, thank you.

Kef and CH were approachable and professional. They help to transform our home vision to reality, fulfilling our every needs and expectations. The renovation process for our 5-room BTO at Tengah was done extremely well, especially the kitchen and storage cum concealment of the bomb shelter. As we had opted for the OCS scheme, D’Phenomenal’s flooring protection service are of excellent quality as well. They also provide defect check upon key collection and electrical wiring services. Kef and CH are definitely an expert and experienced ID.
